Returns & Exchanges

At Armadillo, we want you to feel confident in your armor; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
